Pencil color

TEKNOS blackboard paint (also called blackboard paint and blackboard paint) is a water-based blackboard paint for indoor use. The stylus color is matte and can be tinted, so you can choose a color for your particular purpose! Black, white or any other fun color, the choice is yours! Why not paint part of the wall in the children's room with chalk paint in a lovely colour?
You can also paint boxes, flower pots or cabinet doors, then you can easily mark the contents and easily erase when they are replaced!
The color can be used on everything from doors, part of the wall, to furniture. The shopping list or the menu directly on the wall? Why not!

The paint is very durable and scratch-resistant. It is wipeable and drawings and writing made with chalk are easily wiped off with a damp sponge or cloth.


What's so great is that it can be mixed in the vast majority of colors and you're not locked in with the traditional chalkboard colour, you can make it stand out as a lovely detail or blend in for a more understated look!

The chalkboard paint / Chalkboard paint is suitable for primed or previously painted surfaces of wood, metal and interior panels: doors, cabinet series and panels as well as smooth wall surfaces (coarse structure caused by roller application can impair the washability of the surface).

This crayon is approved for use in toys and children's rooms as it meets the requirements of the toy safety standard EN 71-3:2019 for limit values ​​of the transfer of elements.


How to use:

Pretreatment
The new surface to be painted is cleaned of dirt and dust. Previously painted surfaces are washed with RENSA SUPER paint cleaner. A glossy or hard surface to be painted needs to be sanded matt and then the sanding dust removed. Potholes and other irregularities are filled with SILORA A carpentry putty as the surface to be painted needs to be smooth.

Basic painting
Surfaces made of wood, wood fiber board and interior board as well as galvanized metal surfaces are primed with FUTURA AQUA PRIMER adhesive primer, this is for the paint to stick better and to get a truly durable result.

Application conditions
The surface to be painted must be clean, dry and smooth. During the application and drying time, the temperature of the air, the surface and the product must be above +10 degrees and the relative humidity below 80%. Low relative humidity and/or temperatures above +21 degrees make the paint dry faster. The humidification of the air and/or the lowering of the temperature in the working space make the application easier. Good ventilation after application means that the paint dries faster.

The drying time is extended in cold and/or damp conditions. The product reaches its final hardness and durability under normal conditions after approx. 1 month.

Cleaning
Hot water. The utensils are washed immediately after use.
