You must be 18 years old to shop in our webshop.

Cancolour.se reserves itself for any incorrect prices, text and/or image errors on the site. Also keep in mind that different screens reproduce light and color in different ways, the images on Cancolour.se should therefore be seen as guidance and not an exact representation of the product/color.

 

Prices

All prices include VAT. We reserve the right for price changes caused by incorrect information from our suppliers, or price changes on ordered goods. We will contact you if you received the wrong price on your order confirmation and you have the right to cancel the order.

Product information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible. All images on Cancolour.se should therefore be seen as guidance and not an exact representation of the product/colour.

 

Return and Refund Policy

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without special reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal applies to all products with the exception of mixed colours, eg bodbyn grey, NCS colours, etc. This is because the product is specially mixed according to the customer's wishes. The item is returned as soon as possible, but no later than 20 days after receipt in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer at a cost of SEK 79. After the goods have arrived at us, the entire amount of the goods will be refunded, with the exception of all round-trip shipping costs paid by the buyer. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. If the item is used or other non-original damage has occurred, a deduction will be made from the returned amount in accordance with the reduction in value. If the product is faulty, contact us and we will help you.
